​​​​Maddie designs and implements strategy, creates policies that reflect our culture, and builds relationships with clients. Her expertise in ACO and DCE operations and marketing lends well to our mission and that of our clients. Prior to joining the company, Maddie served on the marketing and operations teams for Collaborative Health Systems, which was acquired by Centene. Her years in the health care industry have given her substantial experience in health care marketing,  quality reporting and operations, physician and patient engagement initiatives, and CMS/CMMI regulatory requirements. She has a proven track record in building operational processes and developing engagement campaigns. Maddie has a Masters in Health Communication from Texas A&M University.​ Whoop!

Rebecca provides operational support for the Wilems Resource Group team. She joined the team in 2021, and brings exceptional experience in sales, purchasing, operations and project management. Rebecca is passionate about striving for continuous improvement in business processes and organizational performance. She seeks to build win-win partnerships by providing solutions that create value for all stakeholders. Rebecca also happens to be an Aggie, earning both a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Accounting and her Masters in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M. 

​​Kimberly develops strategy, oversees operations and company activities, and maintains relationships with clients. Her first-hand knowledge of Accountable Care Organization (ACO) compliance and monitoring is unmatched in the industry. After beginning her career in Medicare Advantage compliance, Kimberly began working with ACOs during the first wave of the Medicare Shared Savings Program, and spent the first three years of the program as the ACO Compliance Officer for Collaborative Health Systems' 35 Shared Savings Program ACOs. During this time she was responsible for the implementation and oversight of the compliance program for each of the ACO's.  Since then, Wilems Resource Group has continued to grow, and has helped ACOs all across the country remain compliant and be successful within the Medicare Shared Savings Program and the Next Generation ACO Model. Kimberly is a graduate of Texas A&M University,  where she received a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing and Management, and of The University of Houston Law Center, where she received her Juris Doctorate before being admitted to the State Bar of Texas. 



Lorri brings exceptional experience in both payer and provider organizations to Wilems Resource Group clients. She decided retirement was overrated and joined our team in 2021. Previously, Lorri served as Vice President of Collaborative Health Systems and was responsible for overall P&L of ACOs and programs in the north region. During her time at CHS, she launched one of the first Medicare Shared Savings Program ACOs in the country in 2012 and led teams working with provider offices to improve quality, increase efficiency, and shift to value-based and risk-sharing partnerships. Lorri has been an active member of NAACOS, where she served on the Board of Directors, and has been asked by CMS on multiple occasions to share her knowledge of quality and improvement programs. Lorri holds a Masters in Health Care Management.
